Lëngu i bamjes kundër diabetit, kolesterolit dhe sëmundjeve të veshkave

Në mjekësinë popullore, lëngu i bamjes dhe vetë kjo perime konsiderohet jetësore kundër një sërë sëmundjesh. Ky lëng është veçanërisht efikas në trajtimin e diabetit, kolesterolit të lartë dhe sëmundjeve të veshkave.

Kjo perime e veçantë ofron mijëra përfitime shëndetësore. Sipas të dhënave të AgroWeb.org, një gotë me lëngun e bamjes ofron 2 gramë proteinë, 21 miligramë vitaminë C,  80 mikrogramë folat, 3 gramë fibër, 7.6 gramë karbohidrate.

Mënyrat e konsumit të bamjes janë të larmishme. Bamja mund të skuqet, zihet, kavërdiset por edhe të bëhet turshi.

Nëse konsumoni bamje rregullisht mund të mbani kolesterolin në nivele të shëndetshme, tregojnë te dhënat e AgroWeb.org. Bamja ka aftësinë të ulë nivelin e sheqerit në trup. Bamja ul nivelin e glukozës që merret nëpërmjet ushqimit dhe ndikon në shëndetin e sistemit tretës.

Fibra që gjendet tek bamja ndihmon në lëvizjen e zorrëve dhe parandalon fryrjet, konstipacionin por edhe diarenë. Bamja ndihmon në zbutjen e simptomave të azmës dhe fuqizon sistemin imunitar me vitaminë C dhe antioksidantë.

Bamja është shumë e dobishme në parandalimin e sëmundjeve të veshkave.

Si të Përgatisni lëngun e bamjes dhe të ulni nivelin e sheqerit në gjak

-4 bamje të freskëta të lara,
-Një filxhan çaji me ujë.
-Përgatitja:

Hiqni majën dhe bishtin e bamjeve, pastrojini me kujdes dhe vendosini ato në ujë ne një enë. Mbajini bamjet në ujë për gjithë natën. Shumica e ushqyesve të bamjes të cilët gjenden tek lëkura dhe farat do të përthithet nga uji. Lëngun pijeni në mëngjes me stomak bosh, pothuajse 30 minuta përpara se të hani vaktin e parë të ditës.

Pijeni këtë lëng çdo ditë për një javë dhe do të vëreni përmirësimet në shëndetin tuaj. Përgatiteni çdo darkë në mënyrë që të merrni të gjitha vlerat. Këtë kurë mund ta përsërisni një herë në muaj./AgroWeb.org
