Mobile Dental Clinic in Bubq/ Manastirliu: Dental service also in rural areas

"The two mobile dental clinics will enable even in rural areas, where there is no dental cabinet installed in schools, to carry out screenings, but also treatments regarding dental care with modern equipment", said Minister Manastirliu.

The Minister of Health said that another program that has been spread capillaryly in schools is the vision care program.

"Kemi arritur të kemi mbi 114 mijë depistime përsa i përket këtij programi dhe rreth 10% e fëmijëve janë referuar tek mjeku specialist, për të garantuar që të kemi dhe një korrektim të problematikave të hershme të fëmijëve që ato shfaqin, nëpërmjet depistimit të hershëm që po kryhet në shkolla",- tha Manastirliu.
Ministrja Milva Ekonomi ka vleresuar programet e kujdesit shëndetësor në shkolla.

"Ne po sjellin në vëmendje të këtij komuniteti politikat e reja të qeverisë shqiptare që kanë të bëjnë me fëmijët në qendër të vemendjes dhe fëmijët në qendër të vemendjes jo vetëm për të pasur nje arsimim të mirë, por për të pasur edhe një shëndet gjithmonë edhe më të mirë, duke filluar që nga depistimet e me pas edhe shërbimet e tjera që kanë të bëjnë me vaksinimin apo kontrollet e tyre të vazhdueshme",- tha Ekonomi.

The Mobile Dental Clinics are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and will serve as mobile dental cabinets for school students, mainly in rural and suburban areas. Throughout the years 2021-2022, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection has invested in pre-university education care structures with 19 new dental units, where 10 of them were installed in Tirana and the others in three counties, Elbasan, Durrës and Shkodër. Also this year, MSHMS will continue investments in schools to expand the base of dental units with new units throughout Albania. /CNA.al
