Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting today with finance experts on the main priorities on Albania's 2030 path to the EU.

During his speech, Rama emphasized that it is important that the "Fiscal Peace" be drafted and successfully concluded in conceptual terms by the end of this year so that we can begin its implementation next year.

The Prime Minister expressed his belief that if "Fiscal Peace" is conceived and planned properly, it will be a very positive message for entrepreneurship and could also increase revenues for the state budget, while the key point remains increasing overall performance and reducing informality.

"It is very important that the "Fiscal Peace" is drafted and successfully concluded in conceptual terms by the end of this year so that next year we can begin its implementation. I am very confident that if the "Fiscal Peace" is conceived and planned properly, it will be a very positive message for entrepreneurship, but I believe it will also be able to increase revenues for the state budget, while the key point remains the increase in overall performance and the reduction of informality", declared Rama./ CNA
