The Prosecutor's Office of Fier registers a criminal case for 'Deliberate murder', 'Production, possession without permission of cold weapons' for the citizen Xh.M. who killed the young man in the 'January 11' neighborhood

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Fier, has registered the criminal proceedings for 'Deliberate murder' and 'Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons' provided by articles 76 and 279 of the Criminal Code against citizen Xh.M., who a few days ago hit citizen Xh.B. with a sharp tool. The young man died from his injuries.

In cooperation with the judicial police, it became possible to legally document the event that took place on 07.05.2024, in the neighborhood "11 Janari", Fier.

After the arrest in flagrante delicto of the suspected perpetrator, citizen Xh.B, the Fier Prosecutor's Office asked the court for the legal validation of the arrest in flagrante delicto and the appointment of the coercive security measure "Arrest in prison", provided for by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure . This request was approved by the Court of First Instance General Jurisdiction Fier.

In relation to this criminal proceeding, the prosecution informs that full and dynamic investigations are being carried out in order to determine the full circumstances, motives and dynamics of the event./ CNA
