The police of Shkodra have started investigations for two persons EJ, 20 years old and F. Sh., 34 years old.

The two persons have sold SIM cards without authorization to various citizens, which are suspected to have been used by persons with criminal records, to communicate about criminal activities in the field of the production of remote-controlled mines, for the cultivation of narcotic plants and for other criminal activities.

The police seized 79 SIM card forms, with suspected falsified data.

The investigative structures of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, following the work for the prevention, identification and suppression of criminal activities, the identification and capture of citizens who carry out these activities, have struck in cooperation with the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, a case of illegal sale of SIM cards suspected of being used for criminal purposes.

For this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizens: EJ, 20 years old and F. Sh., 34 years old, resident of Shkodër.

These 2 citizens have sold SIM cards to different citizens without authorization, which are suspected to have been used by citizens with a criminal record, to communicate about criminal activity in the field of the production of remote-controlled mines, for the cultivation of narcotic plants and for other criminal activities.

As material evidence, 79 forms for the sale of SIM cards, with suspected falsified data, were seized.

The investigative structures of DVP Shkodër, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, are continuing the investigations for the legal documentation of this case.

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized sale of SIM cards" and "Forgery of documents"./ CNA
