The French 'era' of the EU ends, from July 1 the 'brakes'

France ends this Thursday the presidency of the European Union, which it took over on January 1 this year.

During the six-month French rule, the Union's focus was on three areas: recovery after the pandemic, to enable Europe to make the ecological and digital transition; strength, to defend and promote European values ??and interests; and belonging, to building and developing a common European vision through culture, values ??and history.
