Arms smuggling by ambulance from Serbia/Kurti, "head-to-head" meeting with the KFOR commander

In a statement to the media, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that he will meet the commander of KFOR regarding the smuggling of a large arsenal of weapons by ambulance that came from Serbia.

Kurti has emphasized that after the meeting with the KFOR commander, an official version will be given regarding the event and that the matter should be closed within the week.

" I will meet the commander of KFOR and after these meetings we will give the official version. We cannot provide incomplete information. The case must be closed within a week. We have shown readiness for de-escalation of the situation.

Kosovo police have been placed in buildings due to the violence committed. More than ¾ of the extremists are at large, we must have the police there" , Kurti said./ CNA
