Cikloni shkatërrues “Freddy”, ka goditur Afrikën Jugore, ky i fundit i ka marrë jetën e të paktën 44 personave në Malavi dhe Mozambik, konfirmuan sot autoritetet e të dy vendeve.

"Në Blantyre, qyteti më i madh i Malavisë dhe qendra kryesore tregtare të paktën 39 njerëz janë vrarë dhe më shumë njerëz janë plagosur ose të zhdukur", tha kreu i qytetit, sipas AP.

Në mesin e viktimave ishte edhe një fëmijë tre vjeçar i cili mbeti i bllokuar në rrënoja dhe të zhdukur ishin edhe prindërit e tij, njoftuan autoritetet.
