The deputy prime minister at the same time and the minister of infrastructure and energy, Belinda Balluku, has inspected the works in lot 4 of the Great Ring of Tirana, where work is being done on the construction of the viaduct, one of the most important works in this lot.

Balluku reveals that the project also treats this area with urban elements. The minister said that the concept of this project is the urbanization of residential areas, not only with greenery and lighting, but also with roads.

Among other things, the deputy prime minister also spoke about the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë axis, where he emphasizes that work is continuing at a high pace, even though this axis is a big challenge because in this season, due to the extreme weather, the pace of work will decrease , but she underlined that all contracts will be completed before the specified deadlines.

"We have no contract beyond the deadline. A big challenge remains for us, the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë road, which with the funding received there is moving fast. During the winter season, the pace decreases in that area due to the extreme weather that Pogradec has. All contracts are in their terms", said the minister./ CNA
