CNA today began publishing a lengthy investigation into law enforcement officers, prosecutors and judges who have passed the vetting . The investigation includes their family members and employment in the state administration, disclosing possible connections of high state officials to the employment of family members, prosecutors and judges, who may have had yesterday, have today, or will have tomorrow in their hands , investigations regarding the heads of institutions where their family members have been employed.

During a statement that we received from the former head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, we learned that the latter had resigned from the investigation into the Tirana incinerator file.

Asked by CNA, whether it was related to the investigation of the Tirana incinerator and a possible conflict of interest since his family members had worked, or worked in the Municipality of Tirana, Kraja stated that he is no longer part of the investigation of the incinerator file Tirana, he was an assistant prosecutor who participated for a short time, until the time of the seizure.

Due to the numerous files and the workload it had, Kraja had decided not to participate in the investigation of this file. According to him, he had never conducted investigations or had in hand issues related to the Municipality of Tirana.
