DP MP Belind Këlliçi has shared a photo of an article by "Shqiptarja.com" about the Great Ring Road of Tirana on social media. Këlliçi writes that the publisher of "Shqiptarja.com" won tenders and took Albanians' money with reportage and "licking" the local government.

Referring to Bollino, who, according to communications revealed in the "Balluku" dossier, has received hundreds of millions of lek from the ARRSH, the MP says that when he takes the tender, every pothole seems like a metaphor and every abuse is sold as a miracle.

Këlliçi further ironizes by writing "imagine if the quality of the works were like the journalism of "supervisor" Carlo."
