The latest study in Nature shows that children and teenagers up to the age of 19, regardless of the variant of SARSCoV2, will get sick more easily than adults because their immune defenses (antibodies, immune cells, cytokines and others) are much more strongly focused ( robust) in the upper respiratory tract (nose, mouth and throat) and thus prevent the virus that in the first steps when it enters the body, respectively, their protection through antibodies prevents the introduction of a large part of viruses, while the rest slows down the replication that in the upper respiratory tract and thus the serious disease does not develop in the lower lung tract, which can worsen the condition to pneumonia.

Konkretisht eshte gjetur sasi me e madhe dhe aktivizim me i larte i te gjithe qelizave dhe citokineve (B-cell, T-cell, TNF dhe prodhim me i larte j IFNγ, IL-2 dhe IL-4)

Jo vetem ndaj SARSCoV2 por studimi ne tej tregon se edhe ndaj viruseve tjere te rinjte reagojne shume me vrullshem ne aspekt imunitare dhe jane shune me te mbrojtur ndaj semundjes se rende. Kjo eshte pare edhe ne terren ku femijet e kalojne shune lehte dhe per kohe me te shkurter e nje pjese e madhe asimptomatike.
