The police of Shkodra arrested this Monday the 33-year-old with the initials NK

It is suspected that the young man fired a firearm at the residence of the NM citizen on January 8, 2020.

As a result, the dog that was in the yard of the NM citizen's apartment was killed

After this event, the 33-year-old man was declared wanted. The Court of Appeal of Shkodra has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Possessing without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Intimidation", "Disturbance of public peace" and "Murder with companion animal's will". 

In the meantime, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions./ CNA
