As a result of the information provided by the specialized structures of the State Police, about the location of an Albanian citizen, declared internationally wanted, as well as the exchange of this information, in real time, with the partners of Interpol Rome, it was possible to capture and the arrest in Italy, for the purpose of extradition to Albania, of the VB citizen, 31 years old, born in Durrës.

The Court of Durrës, in 2021, assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

During the investigation period, it turned out that in 2019, the VB citizen had secured 7 kg of the narcotic heroin and 5 kg of the narcotic cocaine, with the aim of selling it in Durrës. / CNA
