An accident was registered around 17:05, on the "Bilisht-Sinicë" road axis, near the village of Miras.

The van type "Volkswagen" vehicle, driven by citizen AB, a resident of the village of Vidohove, collided with a motor vehicle without a license plate, driven by a minor citizen and his brother as a passenger.

As a result, the two brothers were injured and were sent for treatment to the Korca hospital. The minor was taken by helicopter to the trauma hospital in Tirana.

Sources from the hospital indicate that the minor received head injuries and is in a serious state of health.

Further procedural actions are being carried out with the driver of the van, a citizen of AB.

Meanwhile, the investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances and determine the causes of the accident./ CNA
