How the war has hindered the delivery of aid to Syria

NATO defense ministers will hold a two-day meeting in Brussels starting on February 14, following a meeting in Germany of the so-called Ramstein group, made up of dozens of countries that have provided weapons to Kiev.
The Ramstein group is expected to discuss possible further military aid, as Ukraine has called on its allies to provide warplanes and long-range missiles.
The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said that the issue of the planes will be discussed at the NATO meeting, in which Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov will also participate.
Western countries have already agreed to provide Ukraine with modern tanks, including the German Leopard 2, as well as artillery, combat vehicles and other weapons and ammunition.
Earlier, Russia has said that if Kiev receives warplanes from the West, then NATO countries would be parties "directly" involved in the conflict"./REL
