9 days under the ruins/ The 42-year-old woman is brought out alive in Turkey

After 9 days in the ruins of the earthquake, a 42-year-old woman was brought out alive in Turkey.

Specifically, search and rescue crews brought Melike Imamoglu out alive, 222 hours after the earthquake.

It was left under rubble in the Onikisubat district of Kahramanmaras province, in southern Turkey, where it was also the epicenter of strong tremors.

After the rescue operation, Imamoglu was sent to the medical teams to receive the appropriate medication.

Currently, more than 13,000 people affected by the tragic earthquakes are receiving medical assistance in Turkey.
