The State Cadastral Agency has long since moved from a primitive service model with counters, queues, walking, crawling, etc., etc., to an online service model, still not fully completed in its entire cycle, but anyway through the platform, e-Albania, this model enables most cadastral procedures to not require the citizen to physically appear at a counter. Property cards, certificates, registrations of deeds, contracts, revaluations, all are applied and followed online from wherever the citizen is, even from America.

Now, all this noise and tension that was felt in that movement is related, not only to a wrong perception or even insufficient information, but also to a mindset that must be overturned and must be overturned, considering that the near, not distant tomorrow of the Cadastre, is a service like many other services, without counters, without physical buildings distributed throughout the territory, but with access to every service, as a fundamental right and a right that is obtained via mobile phone, which is obtained via the nearest computer and which has no connection to the location of the office.

"This is not the first action to relocate a local directorate to the center and it is not the last either.
