Plenary session today/ Here's what is expected to be discussed

The Parliament of Albania will hold its next plenary session today, starting at 10:00.

The agenda for today's session includes a series of draft laws, starting with the ratification of the agreement with Italy, changes to the Criminal Code, or the import and export of weapons.

3. Normative Act No. 11, dated 19.12.2025 "On some amendments and additions to Law No. 115/2024, "On

the 2025 budget", as amended.

4. Draft law "On the ratification of the agreement, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Italy, on strategic cooperation in healthcare, energy, environment, security and defense industry, migration management, education, innovation, diaspora, economic transformation and smart growth".
