DP MP Belind Këlliçi has stated that a second Alqi Bllako has been found for the 5D affair, who according to him is Mariglen Qato.

In a direct link on the show Të Paekspozuarit with Ylli Rakipi, Këlliçi stated that there is still no detailed investigation into the entire chain of command in the Municipality of Tirana, as according to him there would be no 5D without Erion Veliaj and Arbjan Mazniku.

According to him, 5D bears the signature and mind of Veliaj and Maznik.
