The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a press conference today from the Blue House.

Berisha began his speech with the protest that will be held the next day in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where he said that tomorrow citizens will "put Prime Minister Edi Rama on trial."

He described Rama as a person who remains in power by violating the Constitution.

"Tomorrow is the great test, it is the day of courage, of revolt, of anger, of civic victory over the greatest evil that has gripped Albania, that has plagued this country from the dark days of the Hoxha dictatorship until today. Tomorrow the citizens, the opposition people, will put the chief thief of this nation on trial. They will put the prime minister, who is tied head to toe with murderers, bandits, and traffickers, on trial."

"He is putting on trial the blackest anti-Albanian of all time who has driven 1 million 100 thousand Albanians from this country in 10 years to the European space alone, without counting other spaces. Tomorrow he is putting on trial a fierce enemy of the freedoms of Albanians, of their vote.  A man who remains in power using every illegal means, trampling on the Constitution. But tomorrow is the day of judgment of the Albanian people for a criminal organization that no other country in Europe has today ," Berisha said. /CNA
