Issues to be investigated as a matter of priority / Kiko's recommendations

Excited by the fervent desire of the people, the administration and the political leadership to investigate any issue that may have harmed the public interest of Albanians;

Motivated by the announcements of receiving gold from the King of the Albanians, Ahmet Zogu;

Inspired by the nationwide protests to bring justice to the country;

Based on the principles of customary and constitutional law;

Convinced that despite the passing of time, the right sinks, but does not drown

With the belief that justice (if you leave it alone) will do its job,
I announce as priority and urgent the list of issues that must be investigated in this chronological order:

1. Hetimin e incidentit që çoi në pushtimin e Ilirisë nga Roma. (Mbretëresha Teutë i pat dërguar (me të drejtë) senantit romak, një letër ku theksonte me forcë të drejtën e ilirëve për pirateri në detin Adriatik. Vrasja e dy ambasadorëve që dërgoi Roma shërbeu si casus belli për pushtim. Akuza për tradhëti të lartë. (viti 223-227 para Krishtit.

2. Hetimin e personave më precedentë në Europë që morën pjesë në Besëlidhjen e Lezhës; (viti 1444) indicia: raportet e ambasadorit të Venedikut/Venecias që ishte edhe ideatori dhe organizatori i Kuvendit. Akuza bazohet në ligjin për dekriminalizimin.

3. Hetimin nën akuzën për korruptim aktiv dhe pasiv të inspektorëve të Kontrollit të Lartë të Perandorisë nga Ali Pashë Tepelena (viti 1780-1822)

4. Hetimin e incidentit gjatë udhëtimit të Ismail bej Vlorës. Dyshohet se shtetasi Haki Tafa, me profesionin, karrocier që transportoi Ismail Qemalin në Vlorë nëse ka poseduar dokumentet e nevojshme apo ka qarkulluar pa lejë drejtimi. (viti 1912)

5. Hetimin për lobim korruptiv të Edith Durhamit (1911)

6. Hetimin e vendimeve të qeverisë së Vlorës dhe të qeverisë së Durrësit për të shpallur kryeqytet, qytetet respektive. Akuza për shpërdorim detyre dhe korrupsion. Dyshohet se vendimi është marrë nën presionin korruptiv duke qenë se këto dy qytete ishin qytete doganore (viti 1912-1913)

7. Hetimin e tenderit të uniformës së Princ Vidit. Akuza për shpërdorim detyre. (viti 1914)

8. Kush ishte oligarku nga Berati që financoi Kongresin e Lushnjës (viti 1920).

9. The investigation into the misuse of Italian loans and aid in the process of Reconstruction of Albania. (Year 1928-1938)

10. The investigation on suspicion of falsification of the seal of the house where the party was founded (year 1941)

11. The investigation into abuses and fraud in the distribution of aid brought by England during the Second World War. There is still evidence and witnesses who threw one-footed shoes into the mass. (year 1942-1944)

Due to the high sensitivity of these issues in the Albanian public opinion and due to the fact that without shedding light on these crimes there can be no progress of Albania towards the EU, I suggest that the investigations be carried out by SPAK.

The investigation of these issues will illuminate and clean the history of Albania and not pseudo-affairs with cleaners, with incinerators, with agro and mcgon!
