Vrau një kalë me armë gjahu/ 24-vjeçarin

Policia e Kolonjës ka reaguar në lidhje me një rast të publikuar në rrjete sociale, në të cilin shfaqet një kafshë pune (kalë) e vrarë me armë gjahu.

Blutë njoftojnë se si rezultat i veprimeve hetimore të kryera për zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e kësaj ngjarjeje, referuan materialet në Prokurori dhe filloi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin O. M., 24 vjeç, banues në fshatin Shelegur, Kolonjë, për veprën penale “Keqtrajtimi i kafshës”.

Nga hetimet rezultoi se i riu, më datë 26.01.2023, gjatë natës, në fshatin Shelegur, ka vrarë me armë gjahu 1 kafshë pune (kalë) dhe ka plagosur 1 tjetër kafshë, te dyja në pronësi të shtetasit J. H.

Ndërkaq, materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme./ B.A. – CNA.al
