“U merrnin para drejtuesve të mjeteve për shmangien e gjobave”/ “Kapen mat” dy punonjësit e policisë

Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore Rajoni Tiranë ka arrestuar në flagrancë 2 punonjës policie, të dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Korrupsion pasiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”.

Të arrestuarit janë:

– Inspektor A.C., 36 vjeç, me detyrë Patrullë e Përgjithshme në Sektorin e Forcës së Posaçme “Shqiponja”, pranë Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë;

– Inspektor, H.XH, 26 vjeç, me detyrë Patrullë e Përgjithshme në Sektorin e Forcës së Posaçme “Shqiponja”, pranë Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë.

Arrestimi u krye pasi këta punonjës policie u kapën në flagrancë duke i marrë një drejtuesi mjeti 100 euro, me qëllim shmangien e ndëshkimit të tij me masë gjobe për shkelje të rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor.

Gjatë kontrollit personal, këtyre punonjësve iu gjetën dhe sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale shuma prej 1420 euro, 8800 lekë, si edhe 4 aparate telefonike celularë.
