A 35-year-old man has been arrested in Elbasan after violating the "house arrest" security measure. The citizen with the initials AK was assigned this security measure for the production and sale of narcotics.

After being arrested in flagrante delicto, a search was conducted in his apartment where a quantity of cocaine and electronic scales were found and seized as material evidence.

A 35-year-old man was arrested in flagrante delicto for violating the "House Arrest" security measure, imposed for the production and sale of narcotics.

During the search of the apartment, suspected cocaine and electronic scales were found and seized.

In continuation of the work to guarantee order and security, to identify and crack down on criminal activities, the services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the "Eagle" Special Force, have captured and arrested citizen AK, 35 years old, in flagrante delicto.

This citizen had left his apartment, contrary to the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, which had imposed the security measure "House arrest", for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics"

Following the procedural actions, a search was conducted at the apartment of citizen AK, where a quantity of suspected cocaine and electronic scales were found and seized as material evidence.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for the criminal offenses of "Removing a prisoner from his place of residence" and "Production and sale of narcotics"./CNA
