The investigative structures of the Shkoder Local Police Directorate, in close cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkoder Judicial District Court, as a result of an investigation followed with proactive methods, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Scheme", within which citizen E. Ç., 22 years old, was arrested and citizen G. Ç., 33 years old, both residents of Shkodër, were declared wanted.

Nga provat e siguruara gjatë hetimit, rezultoi se shtetasit E. Ç. dhe G. Ç., në bashkëpunim me njëri-tjetrin, mashtronin shtetas të ndryshëm, me pretendimin se çmimin për blerjen e automjeteve (kryesisht luksoze), do e transferonin në llogarinë bankare përkatëse të shitësit të automjetit. Këta shtetas, edhe pasi i merrnin në posedim automjetet, nuk e paguanin çmimin e tyre, përmes llogarive bankare.

Në vijim të veprimeve procedurale për këtë rast, u referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin B. H., 44 vjeç, pasi dyshohet se duke patur dijeni për këtë veprimtari të kundërligjshme, i përvetësonte këto automjete, për t’i shitur ato, me çmime më të larta.

Në cilësinë e provës materiale, u sekuestruan 6 automjete luksoze të tipeve “Audi”, “Mercedes-Benz” dhe “Porsche”.
