Një person është vënë në prangat e policisë, pasi ishte dënuar për vrasje të mbetur në tenttaivë.

Bëhet fjalë për shtetasin me iniciale E. M., 39 vjeç, banues në Elbasan.

Ndaj tij, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Elbasan ka caktuar në qeshor masën e sigurisë "Arrest në burg", për veprat penale "Vrasja me dashje”, mbetur në tentativë dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”.

Nga veprimet hetimore të kryera nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Elbasan, rezultoi se 39-vjeçari, më datë 17.06.2022, në lagjen "Skënderbej", Elbasan, ka qëlluar me armë zjarri pistoletë, në drejtim të një automjeti që ndodhej në lëvizje, duke shkaktuar për pasojë, vetëm dëme materiale.

Ndërkohë, blutë po vijojnë hetimet me qëllim përcaktimin e përgjegjësisë së plotë penale të këtij personi./ B.A. – CNA.al
