Lawyer Spartak Ngjela gave a strong warning today, as he spoke about the work of SPAK in relation to corruption.

Njjela said in Euronews Albania that SPAK will make big strikes and for this he expressed confidence.

"How is Anticorruption progressing? Not with any development, but the time will come when there will be big blows. I am sure because neither Washington nor the EU cares about Albania leaving Russia. This is the game you know. They said it themselves. America's biggest conflict with Russia is with the Western Balkans," he declared.

The lawyer did not give an answer whether these strikes will happen before or after the elections, but he saw with optimism the work of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

"I see the chief prosecutor of SPAK, Dumani, who has arrived now, moves better, faster and more accurately than the others, but we will see how far we will go. But don't think that it is so easy to attack organized crime and corruption in Albania, because corruption is united with organized crime here", emphasized Ngjela./ CNA
