CNA has secured the SPAK investigative file for the Rrumi i Shijakut and Avdylaj group, where it has revealed details regarding the prosecution's suspicions of a corrupt public official implicated in the structured criminal group.
The file states that, after the assassination attempt on former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja in 2019, an examination of the phones found in the vehicle revealed photos and videos implicating a public official.
SPAK reveals that it is Irgen Kërçuk, who is suspected of committing the criminal offense of Passive Corruption of Persons Exercising Public Functions.
