Bëhet fjalë për shtetasin Albert Brahimaj, 50 vjeç, banues në lagjen “15 Tetori”, Vlorë.
50-vjeçari ishte shpallur në kërkim pasi Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë Vlorë e ka dënuar me 2 vjet burgim, nga të cilat i kanë mbetur për të vuajtur edhe 1 vit, 10 muaj e 16 ditë, për veprën penale “Kultivimi i bimëve narkotike”.
Ai, në vitin 2020, ka kultivuar bimë narkotike kanabis, në një sipërfaqe toke të pyllëzuar, në fshatin Kotë, Selenicë.
