The Tirana Prosecutor's Office sends 3 people to court for the criminal offense "Murder with intent" committed in collaboration.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana sends to trial the defendants, MK, BK, and GN, accused of the criminal offense "Murder with intent" committed in cooperation provided by article 76-25 of the Criminal Code.

At the end of the investigation on criminal proceedings no. 4682 of 21.06.2017, the Prosecutor's Office estimated that the above persons in cooperation with each other committed the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder" to the detriment of the victim MK

Më 16.05.2017 në vendin e quajtur Kodër-Shupal, Zall-Bastar Tiranë u gjet një kufomë e seksit mashkull, i cili pas aktit të ekspertimit, u identifikua si shtetasi M.K.

Nga hetimet e prokurorisë, rezultoi se shtetasja M. K., e punësuar si sekretare në një OJF ka pasur mosmarrëveshje të vazhdueshme me të ndjerin, në lidhje me financimin dhe menaxhimin e fondeve të shoqatës.

Në 2017 djali i saj, shtetasi B.K. dhe miku i tij, i pandehuri G.N., me kërkesë të shtetases M.K., kanë marrë të ndjerin në makinë dhe e kanë transportuar në Kodër-Shupal. Aty e kanë lidhur dhe ushtruan presion për kthimin e një borxhi që e pandehura M.K., pretendonte se i ndjeri i kishte. Në momentin që viktima ka mohuar borxhin dy personat i kanë vënë flakën.

Shtetasi G.N., shfaqi pendesë dhe pranoi të bashkëpunojë me drejtësinë duke rrëfyer ngjarjen.

From the circumstances and the evidence administered, during the preliminary investigation phase, it was fully proven that the defendants have consumed the elements of the criminal offense "Deliberate murder" committed in collaboration, as provided for and punishable by Article 76-25.
