Artan Hoxha: How Rrumi of Shijak imprisoned the director of Hipoteka

Journalist Artan Hoxha has revealed details of the criminal acts of Rrumi i Shijaku.

On the show Opinion, Hoxha told how Rrumi i Shijakut intervened to imprison the mortgage director after he did not sign what they wanted.

"We have a case where the network that Aleksandër Laho (Rrumi i Shijakut) had created intervenes through the prosecution, arrests the mortgage director because the mortgage director did not sign as they wanted and they took him to prison. This is the famous case where Rama intervened, Braçja intervened. So the mortgage director was arrested because he did not sign as they wanted, that was how great the influence was.
