The war against Iranian drones / US, Europe and the Middle East ask Ukraine for

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that the US, European and Middle Eastern countries have asked Ukraine to share its expertise in combating Iranian "Shahed" drones. 

Drone warfare is a central part of the conflict in Ukraine, and Russia has purchased and used thousands of Iranian-made Shahed drones in its nighttime attacks on the country. 

Zelenskyy said in a post on the "X" platform that his country was ready to share expertise and was open to an exchange of technology and weapons with Gulf countries, which have been attacked by Iranian drones over the past week.

"We received signals from partners in the Middle East. There have been attacks by Iranian "shaheeds" on civilians in those countries. They are asking for our expertise. We are open. If their representatives come, we will provide the expertise. Especially since there is also a request from the Europeans and from the United States. 

We have received requests to share our experience with partners in the Middle East. Regarding weapons: we ourselves are at war. And I said, quite frankly, that we lack what they have. They have Patriot missiles, but hundreds or thousands of "Shaheeds" cannot be intercepted with Patriot missiles - it is too expensive. Nothing is too much for people, of course, but they simply do not have that many missiles.

"That's why they need interceptor drones, which we have. Meanwhile, we lack PAC-2 and PAC-3 missiles. So when it comes to technology or arms exchange, I believe our country will be open to it ," Zelensky said in his response. /CNA
