Kosovo in early elections/ Osmani: The reason is not my decree, the

President Vjosa Osmani has announced that she will dissolve parliament because the constitutional deadlines for electing her successor have passed.

In a press conference, Osmani said she was forced to make this decision because the country's representatives decided to take the country to new elections.

"The reason we are here is not my decree, the fact is that at midnight every constitutional opportunity to elect a new president was closed. The constitutional deadlines have already ended."

We have entered legal territory, the question should not be whether there will be new elections, but how successful some will be in delaying them. The question is when the election date is.
