The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a meeting with the Parliamentary Group at the blue headquarters, stated that Adriatik Kupi, the director of the Prisons, is a subordinate of Veliaj, a patronizer.
Berisha emphasized that Kupi is one of the exponents of "5D".
"Now they are working to establish peace with the thief Lali. They took the director, one of the exponents of '5D'. After beating him in prison a few months ago, they now took his subordinate director, the patronage Kupi, to prison," Berisha declared./ CNA
