Gjykata e Tiranës ka lënë në burg dy personat e akuzuar me iniciale R.Z dhe K.K, të akuzuar si persona të cilët kanë vendosur lëndë plasëse në zyrën e noteres Esmeralda Dauti.

“Nuk kam lidhje me ngjarjen, as të kemi marrëdhënie të tillë me Real Zefin. Deklaratat i kam bërë nën presion dhe pa praninë e avokatit”", u shpreh në sallën e gjyqit personi me iniciale K.K. 

Ndërsa bashkëpunëtori i tij tha: "Nuk mund të ketë një masë shtrënguese kaq të rëndë vetëm mbi thëniet e një personi, për më tepër kur ky shtetas ka ndryshuar qëndrim. Nuk provohet përfshirja në ngjarje dhe nuk është i arsyeshëm qëndrimi në burg. Kërkoj lirimin kjo edhe për shkak të rrethanave familjare. Ka një fëmijë të mitur vetëm 2-vjeç me probleme shëndetësore si dhe bashkëshorten po me probleme shëndetësore që kanë nevojë për përkujdes”.

Në prangat e policisë E.N ndërsa janë shpallur në kërkim edhe dy shtetas të tjerë.
