The Court of Appeal in Shkodër sentenced the former democratic mayor of Lezha, Fran Frrokaj, to three years in prison.

He was declared guilty by a final decision by the Court of Appeal in Shkodër for the charge of "Abuse of Duty" for the issue of the alienation of properties on the coast of Shengjin.

The court headed by Tonin Stërkaj decided to change the decision of the court of Lezha, reducing the former mayor's sentence by one year.
