A strong call was made by the deputy of the Democratic Party in the Assembly, Luan Baçi, as he presented the amendments for the 2025 budget.

Baçi asked to remove the fund foreseen in the 2025 budget for Tirana's incinerator, which he called a "monster" of stealing public funds.

He declared that the payments should be stopped, while he emphasized that the incinerator of Tirana does not exist, just like the one in Elbasan that is under repair from time to time and the one in Fier that only collects waste.

The Fertilizer Incinerator exists only as a waste dump and has a building that you have put some old machines into that are out of use, they will never be able to be put into operation.
