There is a media report that Sokol Sadushi was involved in hiding several documents during the process of selecting candidates for a position on the Constitutional Court.

We would not like to include the name of the candidate in this analysis, as the name is not important for analyzing the violation. However, from the letters received by KED, during the verification of the candidates, it is being said that some letters were hidden from other KED members by the chairman of KED, Sokol Sadushi.

What is striking is that members of the KED during the review of the candidacy are also Marjana Semini and Ilir Toska. Both members of the Constitutional Court. Both used by Sadushi in the scandal of the decision related to the dismissal of Erion Veliaj from the Council of Ministers.

Ilir Toska, as a magistrate and member of the Supreme Judicial Council, formerly of the Supreme Judicial Council, also vetted candidate Vokshi, when his file was being reviewed by the Supreme Judicial Council.

Whether these 2 members of the Constitutional Court are involved in the falsification committed by Sadushi in the KED remains to be seen.

One Ilir Toska is a magistrate and, being involved in the vetting of candidate Vokshi, when his file was being processed at the KLGj, he probably learned about the documents that Sadushi is now suspected of hiding from the KED. But did Ilir Toska hide the same documents for the same candidate, when he was a member of the KLGj?

The suspicion of collaboration, this time in forgery, between Ilir Toska and Sokol Sadushi, places Ilir Toska in a position of pure conflict according to the provisions of the Administrative Code in the case of the Constitutional Court's review of the Vokshi-Llagami conflict.

Ilir Toska participated in the selection (already suspected of being falsified) of candidate Vokshi, so he cannot participate in the review of the conflict submitted for resolution to the Constitutional Court.

Also, Marjana Semini, a member of KED, as long as her position, role and responsibility in the alleged falsification has not yet been verified, cannot be part of the body that will examine the Vokshi-Llagami conflict in the Constitutional Court.

Meanwhile, Sadushi has also been denounced as a falsifier of the votes of the same candidates in the Supreme Court. In his insistence on falsification, SPAK finds it easy to identify criminal intent.
