Sokol Sadushi gave a long speech today with templates, lecture theses, some Latin terms (that's what all the greats do), at a meeting where the new draft of the Criminal Code was discussed.

This Sadushi is the same one who designed the justice reform for himself, to ensure his rise as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and then his rise as President of the Constitutional Court.

Fodulli Sadushi spoke at length, very concerned about legal certainty, but try bringing it into a professional debate, even with the latest lawyer, who doesn't need it, and you'll see how Sadushi will get upset.

But since he spoke about the Code as if his soul aches for Albanians, he should start by explaining what the criteria are that Sadushi uses when he trashes the problems of Albanians.

The figure of "disqualification" with the 'Sadushi' criteria in administrative cases affects 74% of files, at least in the last three years.

This shows that in the Administrative College of the Supreme Court, Sadushi submits for review ONLY 26% OF THE COMPLAINTS.

Only 26% of complaints deserve Sadushi's attention. If the filter is not corrupt, then what is it? Is the filter being used to create a group of lawyers in Sadushi's court? Or does this filter serve to prevent Sadushi from being confused with too many lawyers?

Have you noticed how there are some lawyers who start their careers by giving advice in television studios? And then they are the same ones who, when necessary, attack people and officials as independents. It often happens that the attacks are also distinguished by the fact that they are made on behalf of the power of the Sadushi in the system.

The most classic case is that of Jordan Daci, who, after appearing for months in defense of Veliaj as an independent professional who had no vested interest in the case, was suddenly ordered by Sadushi to represent Veliaj in the Constitutional Court.

Or others, still unbroken by the provincial language, as soon as they arrive in the city, invade national television stations, attacking, on the orders of the Sadducees, those whom the Sadducees chose as their task.
