Property, cars, jewelry and thousands of euros/ Redjan Rraja's assets are

GJKKO has confiscated the assets of Redjan Rraja and persons related to him.

Specifically, properties, cars, jewelry and thousands of euros have been confirmed.

Also, the confiscation of the "Bentley" brand vehicle, type "Continental", with license plate AA 033 UG, purchased by citizen Redjan Rraja on 19.08.2019, in the amount of 900,000 lek (nine hundred thousand) lek, has been lifted.

This decision will be executed by Edisnaida Sulaj, who is an administrator at the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of the Interior in Tirana, and the Judicial Police Officers of the State Police.

Specifically, the following were confiscated:

1. Property with no. 6/121-N9, zk 8160, vol.22, pg.25, with an area of ??30 m2, of the "unit" type, registered on 11.12.2014 in the name of citizen Redjan Asllan Rraja.

2. Property with no. 6/121-N8, zk 8160, vol. 22, pg. 24, surface area 76 m2, of the "unit" type, registered on 23.12.2014, in the name of citizen Redjan Rraja.

3. Property with no. 107/49+1-N2, zk 3292, vol. 60, pg. 140, with an area of ??127.5 m2, unit type, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.

4. Property with no. 107/49-G103, zk 3292, with an area of ??18.09 m2, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.

5. Property with no. 107/49-G104, zk 3292, with an area of ??18.09 m2, registered in the name of citizen Marsela Çiça.

6. The vehicle with license plate AA005XY, "Audi A8", registered in the name of Redian Rraja on 29.10.2019, after its purchase by citizen Tafil Sina according to contract no. 5267 rep, no. 2989 col, dated 24.10.2019, against the value of 20,000 euros.

7. The gray "Audi" type vehicle with Italian license plate FW262TW, chassis number WAUZZZ4G5GN160958, seized from Kejvina Kthella according to the record of November 5, 2019.

8. A wristwatch with a metal strap, gray and yellow, with a black field, numbered on the back 16233 (Rolex).

9. The amount of 2750 euros.

A copy of this decision shall be notified to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency and interested persons.

The procedural expenses incurred so far, the expenses prepaid by the state and by the court, referring to the accounting expertise acts as well as the report of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, are charged to the citizen Redjan Rraja, as well as to third parties.

An appeal can be made against the decision at the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana within 15 (fifteen) days, starting from the day after the notification of the reasoned decision./ CNA
