Electoral and organizational process/ DP instructions revealed

The Democratic Party has begun preparations for the elections in its structures and at the center, while instructions for the electoral and organizational process have been published.

The instruction signed by the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, and the Secretary General of the DP, Flamur Noka, states that elections in all branches and structures must be completed by April 30.

It is also emphasized that the elections must be held in accordance with the principles of the Statute, for free, secret and democratic elections.

DECISION:

Presidency Decision No. 35 dated 17.03.2026 'On the electoral and organizational processes of the DPA;

Instruction No. 2 dated 27.03.2026 of the Secretary General 'On the holding of the electoral process at all levels of the local structure of the Democratic Party';

Instruction No. 3 dated 27.03.2026 of the Secretary General 'On the process of proposing and electing members of the Branch Presidency'
