"I have nothing to do with the conclusion of the CEZ-DIA contract"/

The leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has made a reaction on social networks regarding his investigation into the CEZ-DIA case.

In his post, Meta published the testimony of Josef Hejsek who spoke to the DIA on December 20, 2011. The former president states that his name is not mentioned in this testimony.

Among other things, he adds that in the coming days he will present new evidence proving that he had no connection to the DIA.

For full transparency before the domestic and international public opinion, I am publishing today the full testimony of Mr. Josef Hejsek given on December 20, 2011 before the prosecutor under oath, the only testimony where he speaks about the DIA, before a criminal procedure body.

SPAK prosecutors persistently hid this statement of his for a long time until the preliminary hearing, when they realized that we had this legal evidence.

As you can see, we have with the seal of OSHEE, not only this evidence but also all the materials related to the CEZ-DIA case because a former honest official of OSHEE made them available to us, immediately after he heard that Edi Rama and his people were preparing an intrigue to involve Ilir Meta in this affair, as was also warned in the official letter of the former Chairman of the National Security Committee, Mr. Spartak Braho on September 27, 2015.

As you can see, not only is Ilir Meta not mentioned here, but neither is Qazim Tepshi, the former ambassador, nor Sali Berisha, the former Prime Minister, nor anyone else.

It is shown here that not only has the process been made open, but that the decisive factor in the decision made in Prague were the references presented by Washington's DIA, which according to them had $4 billion in experience in collecting debts and guarantees given by American companies in the Czech Republic.

Likewise, I am publishing the full testimony given by Mr. Tomas Pleskaç, who was Mr. Hejsjek's boss in Prague, where the decision to conclude the CEZ-DIA contract was made, and where you will see his response by registered letter to SPAK, in which he confirms that he has no knowledge of any connection between the three persons, Ilir Meta, Qazim Tepshi and Kastriot Ismailaj.

Next time, we will introduce you to new evidence that shows that the DIA was an American creation and neither had nor could have had any connection to Ilir Meta. /CNA
