The Special Court has rejected Jamarbër Malltezi's request to lift the seizure of assets. After leaving the Special Court, Malltezi said that they will address this issue to Strasbourg.
"We have justice in the face of Irena Gjoka. Here, not only my constitutional rights but also those of people connected to me have been violated. We will continue and Strasbourg will find these violations. We are not dealing with statesmen. We are dealing with fear of Edi Rama. We will turn to Strasbourg. Here we are dealing with Edi Rama's thefts," said Malltezi.
