The member of the DP National Council, Ilir Alimehmeti, spoke about the local elections and primaries.

In a TV appearance, Alimehmeti said that people will see who will be represented.

"People will see who they will be represented by. The term political or non-political, every adult has a civic responsibility to participate and engage in politics, there is a first day and a last day," Alimehmeti said.

Among other things, Alimehemtei emphasized that Prime Minister Edi Rama and Mayor Erion Veliaj will do their dirty work.

He also challenged Veliaj saying that there was no real confrontation.

"Rama and Veliaj will do their dirty work. We will do our job, to raise supporters in the primary process in front of a wave of people who from the beginning you know will vote for the PD, that here you have an impetus which will be added. December 4, it will be recognized and the work will begin. There has not been a real confrontation between Veliaj and another person. The myth of invincibility is not based on any fact," said Alimehmeti./ CNA.al
