The Special Prosecutor's Office closed the investigations today and sent the surgeon Edvin Prifti for trial. After SPAK communicated the official charges, there was a reaction from the doctor himself.

He says that the charges raised are one more serious than the other, and according to him, the final goal is the unjust punishment by order and keeping the legal seized funds.

While analyzing each accusation, the Priest says that no case of corruption has been identified during 4 years of surveillance.

The doctor is accused of "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", in 7 (seven) cases, "Theft committed by abuse of duty", "Concealment of income", and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity".

After 4 years of investigations/interrogations by SPAK and 3 years after my imprisonment, this institution has recently raised 4 accusations against me, one more serious than the other, persecuting me more ferociously than anyone for years. However, in no case did they prove that I abused public funds, tenders and others, which is also their duty. These arbitrary accusations are in the continuation of the persecution ordered with the ultimate goal of my unjust conviction and the keeping of the legitimate funds seized. I clarify that:

1. Of course, everyone would understand that accusing me of money laundering when I didn't make any investment is a low-level machination. So I am accused of money laundering, while I have laundered it when I lost no real estate, shares or businesses except for an apartment, as confirmed by Spak. Financial audit (an accounting expertise) by a Legal Auditor licensed by the Albanian state, a file of about 650 pages submitted first to the court and then to Spak in December 2021 and where the entire amount that Spak raises doubts was justified, not only that it was not it has been studied or re-evaluated, but strangely "it is no longer found" in Spak, so in a word it has "flown". In no case does Spak verify from which "suspected activity" these indisputable funds come from, and this is not enough, but phone messages and excel documents on my computer where cash payments from private hospitals are verified, these are not even received

2. Regarding 7 cases of corruption, the funny turns into the absurd. I have operated on 7300 Albanians from the heart and I have visited tens of thousands of others. Spak has been listening to me for 4 years and has not identified any such case, everything that is called "evidence" according to this organization are messages, statements or statements between other people who are often completely unknown to me. There is no filming, environmental listening or evidence other than what someone told someone else. o tempo o mores! Corruption has two sides, but in my case there is no one accused of active corruption. So each of these 7 cases where in 4 of them unfortunately the death of the patient occurred and it is understandable that the pain turns into revenge and then into manipulation, none of them is accused of active corruption. The only message from me (and not from third parties) in one of the cases is the one where I say that the patient should come to the hospital because she has not paid, this message is not in the missing file today. The whole accusation is based on fabrications and conversations between the second and third parties.

3. Are they accusing me of fictitious invoices?! Yes, no one understands the connection between the invoices and the justification and circulation of income, words that are used in statements to create disinformation, so to justify my income, I receive invoices from them? And in any case, each company has made the relevant statement according to the truth that there is no fictitiousness here.

4. Allegation of theft. Here the inquisition meets the end. Every element related to this project has receipts and justifications. The only element is that this project should start in March 2020 and was partially blocked due to the COVID19 pandemic and the closure of the university.

In conclusion, dear friends. the whole objective of what is happening is the final punishment in the wood oven of Torquemade of the Inquisition. The climax was reached last week when it was confirmed to us that the audit and accounting expertise file was no longer in Spak, even though the court had ordered its administration by Spak in November 2021! I remember the case of Enzo Tortora in Italy where it was first talked about "judicial clock" or "Horror of trial" or "prosecutor misconduct" and "suppression of evidence" in the USA for the cases of fabricated cases in which the prosecutors hide the evidence! Maybe they are not to blame that this could have been part of the training in Spak!

I remember a meme from the Second World War when an SS officer walking down an alley that had barbed wire on both sides and beyond the wire were people being dragged into the wooden tower, in front of him was a sign that read: ALSO WHY BE POLITICAL, IT'S THE POLICY YOU NEED! So it was politics that needed crematoria and the holocaust. I spoke first about the pandemic and I am getting the reward, but even if a life is saved by my small contribution, I would be happy! Above all, this is my duty! I did as much as I could for my country and people! At least the Albanians do not take the road to operate in Istanbul or elsewhere, but do it in their own country.
