Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha

From Korça, the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha spoke about the election of new leaders of police stations.

Hoxha said that out of 288 applicants, 100 of them remained in the competition.

He stated that very soon 48 police officers will be selected according to alphabetical order and points, who will lead the police stations.

"For the selection process of police station leaders, we had 288 applicants. Of these, 288 have earned the right to be and to be appointed as head of the police station, 100 of them. The process is continuing and very soon we will have 48 police officers who will lead the police stations throughout the State Police. No ranking has been made that categorizes the top 48; the ranking is in alphabetical order and points. The selection process will be similar to that of district directors. Very soon, the heads of the police stations will be on duty", the minister emphasized./ CNA
