The "Partizani" file/ The preliminary hearing for Berisha and Malltez is postponed

The Special Court has postponed this Monday the preliminary hearing for the head of the DP, Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez, for the "Partizani" file.

The defense lawyers requested more time to make their submissions, a request which was accepted by the trial body.

The next session will take place on January 6, at 11:30.

We remind you that on November 27, GJKKO released Berisha from house arrest, but not his son-in-law and the other persons accused in the "Partizani" file.

The revocation of the measure was made by judge Flojera Davidhi.

Sali Berisha was placed under house arrest on December 30 of last year, after SPAK charged him with passive corruption in cooperation with the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex./  CNA
