Although the electoral campaign has not officially started yet, Prime Minister Edi Rama is continuing his meetings with citizens in various cities of Albania. 

Today, Rama is in Dibër, where during his speech he said that Dibër now has water 24 hours a day, and he did not forget to mention the issue of the charter as a response to the opposition.
