Berisha's accusations/ Altin Dumani: Nothing is true, it is not true

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has spoken about the accusations of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, against him and other SPAK prosecutors.

Invited to the Trialog show, Dumani stated that nothing is true and nothing is true.

"What I'm saying is that first of all, prosecutors are independent, they are the masters of the case, they decide the fate of the investigations. As a leader, I have offered my solidarity and assistance in the case by getting involved in the investigations. Nothing is true and it is not true. Prençi has my support on this issue and others.

I have frequent contact with Prosecutor Prençi. Up until this moment, he has not expressed any concern to me about threats. He has not expressed any concern or threat to him, neither from the Prime Minister nor anyone else. That is why we are SPAK prosecutors, we are prepared for threats or harassment as it happens. We have the right instruments to react in case there are communications that exceed the laws and if there are such, we take the appropriate measures.
